Before applying
Eligibility
Applications are open to young African women who wish to represent their country. Complete the form below: your application is sent directly to the ARQ international management, who will come back to you with the next steps of your country's national selection.
- Be an African woman, or hold the nationality of a participating African country.
- Be between 18 and 30 years old, within the range set by the official regulations.
- Be single.
- Be available for the national and international activities.
- Hold a valid identity document or passport.
- Be able to represent her country with dignity.
- Have an interest in culture, leadership, tourism or entrepreneurship.
- Present a social project or initiative, in line with the ARQ rules.
- Accept the official regulations and the participation terms.

Two stages, two amounts
The fees cover the processing of your file. They are paid only through the official channels below.
National application
25 USD
When you submit your file for your country's selection.
International application
300 USD
For selected candidates joining the international programme.

Use your full name and your country as the payment reference, then attach the proof of payment to your application.
ARQ never asks for payment outside these three channels. If anything looks unusual, write to the management before paying.
